For this Sunday I'm thinking a big ride is in order!  Plan is to meet at the west side Martin Motor Sports at 9 for coffee and then leave at 930.  Head around St Albert and then North to Athabasca, East to Lac La Biche for lunch and then South working our way back to Edmonton.  I would estimate with a couple of breaks and lunch this will be a 7-8 hour ride.  Wanted to give everyone a bit of notice and plan to put up directions and a map when I get back in the store on Thursday.  As usual please post if you plan to join.

Great to see there will be a few of us going!  I haven't done this ride in about 4 years so hopefully we don't get lost!  Anyone done this ride feel free to make suggestions, especially a place to eat in Lac La Biche!

Ride from our store to Athabasca is about 1.5 hours and 140 KM
-thinking we will make a very brief pit stop at Clyde corner in case anyone had a few cups of coffee
Ride from Athabasca to Lac La Biche is about 1 hour and 100 KM
Ride from Lac La Biche is about 2.5 hours and 240 KM
-thinking a brief stop roughly half way in Andrew

That was a great ride Courtney!
It was nice to have a few more miles (478 kms) added to a ride.

Hope you and Katheryn have a great holiday!

It was a very scenic ride in the countryside and you know what????????????????----------- it wasn't as hot as you might think. If you stayed home to sit inside or in the shade you missed a fun time.
