Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum, purchased my Spyder FS in July from the guys at the West Edmonton Dealer.  I have already taken it though B.C. putting 3,900 kms on it that trip. I love my new ride so much it is sad that the snow will fly soon.

I do have a question, my speedo is reading 5% high.  I just find it annoying more then anything.  The South Edmonton Dealer said they could not fix it.  Is there a healer out there to correct this?

There have been some people that have changed their tire size from the stock size of 225-50/R15 to 215-60/R15 and have reported that it more accurately lined up the speedo with their GPS.

There is no fix for it at at dealer level.  Just the way Spyders are.  Perhaps the tire as suggested by PG, but that is not a cheap option.

I just use the speed readout on my Garmin Zumo 590 GPS for an accurate speed. In most cases SpeedoHealers will correct the speed readout but then the odometer usually becomes inaccurate.
