Morning folks. Time for a pilgrimage, road side memorial of the Humboldt Broncos bus event. senseless death. toughest roadside memorial in Canada and believe me, I have seen thousands of them.

leave may 30 back june4 or 5. a little bit of wandering middle Alberta, Marwayne, home of best fried chicken in western Canada, only beat by Lick 'a Chick Chicken in North Sydney Nova Scotia. ( yes there is a real Lick A Chick chicken restaurant ) then and through Humboldt following the bus route. back to Alberta via Frenchman's Bluff, a wonderful spot.
some camping, my preference but there are small hotel's along the way, Best Westerns and small Mom and Pop hotels. or camping. three or four day trip, a pleasant little wanderrrrrr

any riders wanting to come along

company along the road is fine, even for the first part. am easy, if someone wants a good day ride well we ride together for the morning, have a lunch snack and one goes further east, one , two??? turn west. life's good, and can be fun too.

This trip is coming together for May 17 - 20 through Marwayne, Saskatoon, Humboldt, Nipewan, Prince Albert and back to Edmonton somehow, most likely along Hwy 14.i will be camping but will gladly let anyone buy me a hotel room if they want to!

Humour folks. I am quiet happy in my tent, regardless of weather.  derek q
