Not really. But since Martin controls what we post here, we mostly moved to FB. Alberta spyder riders.

FACEBOOK???? FACEBOOK? THE DEVIL'S HIGHWAY THAT;S WHAT FACEBOOK IS, THE HIGHWAY TO HELL. ZUCKERBURG'S DEFINITION OF PRIVACY:: AND THIS IS A DIRECT QUOTE FROM THE MAN HIMSELF

IN THE FUTUURE EVERYBODY WILL KNOW EVERTHYTHING ABOUT EVERYBODY. PRIVACY IS DEAD.

yes run to facebook, sell your selves for pennies to anyone who wants to buy your information for any reason. as long as facebook can sell you it will.

rant for the day  good morning all, see you around this summer as it looks like I cannot do any long distance rides. what a mess this is. the USA is closed and that's a good thing.  they are treating Covid 19 by denial. the president wants to just fire it, too bad. he can't just fire Covid, he has to acknowledge it and admit he is doing a mess up job of managing it.

can't ride to Quebec or the Maritimes, can't get to the Rock or anywhere north of 60. won't go anywhere near the 49th.
looks like Howlin' Coyote Motorcycle Campground near Vilna is the place to be. a fantastic commercial campground by the way, well managed, great sites. lots of free firewood, metal fire boxes, tables, clean well serviced outhouses, running water and showers at the camp office, a great spot a couple hours ride north east of Edmonton. see you there!

derek q.     Fickle Lake near Edson is looking pretty good too. 20131002_115913.jpg  my first road trip in summer 2013 terrors from along the way on the road!

yes the business is for sale and the campground store, office is closed.the owners are operating a very limited number of sites for their small but established customer base. sad for these people but they had no internet access and no one to help them. not computer savy and this is a business that needed computer presence big time. Sad.
on the other hand if you ever wanted to camp in the nude this is your chance!
