Hello Spyderama (that’s what I call the group)

For those of you who haven’t heard yet, I have news.  After just over 10 years living in Edmonton and working at Martin Motor Sports I’m moving back to my home town in Saskatchewan.  Today is my last day here at Martin.  Buying an insurance brokerage with my brother in Delisle just west of Saskatoon.  It is an exciting opportunity, but still a difficult and emotional move to make for Catherine and I to leave behind our friends and the life we have in Edmonton.  As one of the founding members of the group I leave with a great sense of pride in what has been accomplished.  We are still the largest and most organized group of Spyder owners in Western Canada!  I am confident that it is in good hands and will continue to provide the camaraderie and enjoyment which was the reason for getting it started.  The hard work paid off and I have made many great memories and friends!  I wish everyone the best and at this rate you’ll all be riding in 2 months!  You will continue to see me on the forum periodically and hopefully the odd surprise Wednesday ride next year!

Thank you for your business, friendship and shared passion for our Spyders!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Courtney

Just opened the site this morning to see your message Courtney. All the best to you and Catherine in your new venture. I'm sure our paths will cross again in the future. I spent a lot of time in Saskatchewan as my wife was born in the southern part of the province near Eatonia. Always enjoyed our many trips to the family farm taking in family events and many Christmases. Saskatoon is a great city to be close to. As an astute Vulcan said, "live long and prosper".

All the best to you Courtney. I wish you and yours all the best with your new venture. I operated a small general insurance practice a life time ago. Look after your clients, put their interests top of drawer and they will look after you. all the best and The Great Grasshopper Gobbler will be wandering through Saskatchewan this summer. you never know!
